One being “essence” which has to do with one’s ultimate nature opposed to “just existing”. Essence is organic. It is one’s attributes which may have gotten lost, submerged, or crushed along the path of life due to many reasons. When we rediscover our full essence or attributes, it is healing and empowering. The other theme is “Epic”. Epic means to go beyond the “usual or ordinary” and embrace the extraordinary. Therefore, upon discovering your full and true essence (self knowledge), you will discover how extraordinary you are, which are key elements when resolving problems, finding direction, tapping in on your special skills and gifts, as well as regaining control over your life. This is empowering and helps you to live your best and fullest life.

By utilizing individualized styles of coaching, we work together to resolve life concerns, leading to a greater sense of self love and well-being. During our sessions, you will discover your essence, your full unique potential as a valuable human being…because living an epic life fully and abundantly… is a choice.

-In helping you create a life which brings you joy, I will guide you in gaining insight, awareness and new skills.
-I will encourage you to examine different outlooks, and try new things.
-I will challenge self defeating thoughts or behaviors and help you overcome fears, doubts and insecurities.
-I will suggest options for healthy holistic ways of thinking and living based on your values and desires.
-I will provide you with tools, assessments, reading materials, video’s and other self help homework to help you along your new journey.
-I will celebrate your milestones and achievements each step of the way!
